The Beam Line Emulator (BLE) is a 5-axis tilt head attachment designed exclusively for the XR12 CNC Rotary Cutter. It brings beamline-class capabilities — coping, beveling, drilling, layout marking, and complex end-prep — to a single machine that fits in your existing shop footprint.

Traditional beam lines are purpose-built, multi-station systems that can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and consume significant floor space. The BLE delivers the same core workflow on your XR12 — at a fraction of the cost, with zero additional footprint.
