Return Policy

As a general rule, all sales are final. However, some products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if the product has not been used, is in it's original factory packaging and the customer has called our sales department and been given a RMA#. Items may not be returned once used unless they are defective. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged depending on item returned. Custom made parts are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

Here at JD Squared, Inc., we are proud to make the best possible tools, out of strong, durable material. We take great care in inspecting each machined part at least three individual stages before packaging. But if any problems should arise, we will do our best to resolve the situation. Here are some policies to be aware of:

Most questions can be answered by reading the manuals. Hard copy manuals come with the products and in case these are misplaced, electronic copies are available on this website. If you are unable to find an answer to your problem or question, our customer service and technical support representatives will be happy to assist you.

We warranty all products manufactured by JD Squared, Inc. for one year from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Products not manufactured by us such as SPX Power team hydraulic pumps, cylinders, etc. carry their manufacturers' warranties. Please contact us for more information on your product's specific warranty.

Modifying the product in any way voids the warranty. Misuse of the products, or using them in a way not intended as specified in the instruction manual voids the warranty. Please read the instruction manual carefully prior to using the machinery to ensure proper usage.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All in-stock items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates for your order are automatically calculated during the checkout process (once your shipping address has been determined). Rates are based on package weight and actual UPS shipping charges.Even though our online store remains open, we may not be open for business in our physical offices. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped as soon as possible upon our return. Expedited Shipping Notice
Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading the shipping method to Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order--it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping to Canada
Please be aware that the Canada Border Services Agency collects duty and taxes on imported goods on behalf of the Government of Canada. The calculated shipping costs are for transportation charges only. This does not include other costs associated with moving a shipment across borders, including duties or taxes.

International Shipping Policy Addendum

The calculated shipping costs are for transportation charges only. This does not include other costs associated with moving a shipment across borders, including duties or taxes. Sales Tax

JD Squared, Inc. is required to collect sales tax from the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.
