The RV-3 Rotary V Tube Notcher is great for handling straight notches, angle notches, offset notches, and making notches in bends. The RV-3 offers versatility to allow the user to position the round or square tubing in multiple configurations.

Features:

  • RV-3 Tube Notcher can produce notches in the bend.
  • Straight, Angled, and Offset notches from .75" to 3" OD Round and Square Tubing.
  • Engraved rotary wheel allows for rotation up to 180 Degrees.
  • Notch up to 3" OD square on a diamond.
  • Multiple swivel mount positions to make difficult notches achievable.
  • 1" Stress proof alloy steel shaft
  • Double sealed needle bearings
  • Requires an ordinary 1/2" hand drill

CNC MACHINED STRESS PROOF ALLOY STEEL SHAFT & RIGID BEARING BLOCK - This is the most critical part of a hole saw style notcher. The RV-3 utilize an alloy steel shaft riding in a bearing block incorporating twin needle bearings and separate grease seals for maximum rigidity and reliability.
