Dies Sets - Will use new rotary Model 50 Series dies sold separately. CLR will be sized on the inch and half inch.
Model 52 requires use of Hydraulic Pump:

10,000 PSI Air/hydraulic Pump $470 - Uses up to the full power of the machine. Allows bending of heavy material up to 2" OD at .250" wall thickness or 2.5" OD at .120" wall thickness. Does NOT work with optional computerized set feature.
1 1/2 h.p. 4,000 PSI Electric/hydraulic Pump $895 - Allows bending of tubing and pipe up to 2" OD at .120" wall thickness. Works with the optional computerized set feature. Please note that this is the existing pump sold for the Model 32 and 4. If you already own one, there is no need to purchase another.
Model 52 Stand - $450
When purchasing a package including the bender,
electric/hydraulic pump and stand, the price is $2395.
Optional Set Feature (Not included with package) - $145
Features and Capabilities:
- Up to 2.5" OD x .120" wall or 2" OD x .250" wall with 10,000 PSI Air/Hydraulic Pump
- Up to 2" x .120" wall with 1 1/2 h.p. 4,000 PSI Electric/Hydraulic Pump
- Supports up to 10.5" radius dies. At this time JD Squared only manufactures radii up to 7.5".
- 1 shot 90 degree bend
- 2 shot 180 degree bend
- Quick release pressure die
- Computer readout of degrees to the .1 degree
- Optional Set Target feature is be available as an upgrade for $145. You are able to set the degrees desired on the digital readout and the hydraulic unit will automatically stop the bend at that degree every time. This feature is only available with the Electric/Hydraulic Pump
- All future accessories such as mandrel systems and tube feeders will be designed to be compatible with the Model 53 Rotary Bender. We cannot guarantee they will be compatible with the Model 52 Rotary Bender.
