Model 52 and Model 53
The Model 52 and 53 Benders are now in full production. We have completed most of the testing and have published the capabilities of each machine on their product pages. We have also published videos on Youtube, links also on the product pages, to demonstrate the features of each bender and to compare/contrast capabilities.

New Development for the Model 52 and 53
As we have had several requests for a way to bend square aluminum on the Model 52 and 53, JD Squared has now released a newly designed square pressure die. This is not currently available for other bender models, but may be in the future. The pressure die is a shim-able design allowing it accommodate even over-sized square tubing. This design fully encloses the tubing in brass or delrin, depending if you are bending steel or aluminum, which prevents scratching on your tubing. As a note on our Research and Development projects, Bob is now actively working on the Mandrel Extractor and Tube Feeder. This is currently his top priority. Once we have more details on these products, we will be publishing that information on the website.
