So many times the disappointment arrives via poorly handled shipping and inadequate packaging. Not in this case...I could tell from just this one attribute that I have stumbled upon a company that truly cares about their products and customers. And the Die itself? Uber tool!!! All I can say is how can you sell it so cheaply (bad word).. "at below cost to mfg."? My 1st experience with JD2 has been TOP NOTCH from start to finish...The "internet is buzzing" with convo like this.. but until you experience it as I have with this order, you’re never really quite sure. I have a small part time fab shop setup in my home garage. I build custom made to order motorcycle frames and was in need of an accurate and reliable bender. I found the model 3 and was a little skeptical at first but for the price I figured that I really couldn't go to far wrong. I ordered the bender with the degree ring, handle and dies for my most commonly used tube. Upon receiving the bender it was obvious this was a very nicely made serious pc. of equipment! I immediately assembled the machine and began a few practice bends. I was extremely happy with the bend results!! Very accurate and very easy to repeat multiple bends. This bender has cut a huge amount of time from the overall fab time of my frames. For anyone in doubt, this is a very serious machine! For the price this machine really cannot be beat. I purchased the manual bending handle due to my tight budget and can say that it really allows very precise and full control of each bend AND to my suprise, with very little effort. Overall I'm a very happy customer!! ...I want to point out that there were "0" wasted bends during the fab process!! This thing is that controlable and accurate! TN-100 Notcher
The TN-100 works great! Before I purchased it I used a friends notcher (bronze bushings,Cast block degree marking missing) I can't believe the difference. I was able to save time and material due to the more stable and accurate design of the TN-100. I strongly recommend it for prototype work and short run production. -- Glenn, Rowland Heights, CA

The Beast notcher
Over the years, I've bought enough tube notchers to make an anchor for a very large boat. The Beast is the first that lives up to expectations. And it goes beyond that! It shipped on time, is heavily built - almost over-built - goes together well, and makes accurate cuts the first time, every time. The balance of energy built into the design means that once a cut is set, ther is no wandering or shifting. The Beast makes everything stay put right where it is set, so what you see is what you get. The unique design feature of being able to notch in the middle of a curve is worth the price all by itself. I don't know of another notching jig that can do that, or is so well-made. It eliminates tedious mill set-ups in prototyping, cuts scrap completely out (used carefully) and is easier than a heavy mill on the hole saws. The most impressive reccommendation is that it made our shop foreman happy, and the constant complaints about prototypes from the welding department has ceased! The Beast is reasonably priced, given all it can do. No reservations - this one is five stars all the way around.-- Tracy, Port Clinton, OH
The name says it all. The BEAST is a true work of art. So simple and soaccurate. Worth every dollar. Dont buy a 200 dollar hole saw. Spend the extra money on this one. - Eric M.
