Here at JD Squared, Inc., we are proud to make the best possible tools, out of strong, durable material. We take great care in inspecting each machined part at at least three individual stages before packaging. But if any problems should arise, we will do our best to resolve the situation. Here are some policies to be aware of:

Most questions can be answered by reading the manuals. Hard copy manuals come with the products and in case these are misplaced, electronic copies are available on this website. If you are unable to find an answer to your problem or question, telephone technical support is provided at no additional cost.

We warranty all products manufactured by JD Squared, Inc. for one year from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Products not manufactured by us such as SPX Power team hydraulic pumps, cylinders, etc. carry their manufacturers' warranties.

Modifying the product in any way voids the warranty. Misuse of the products, or using them in a way not intended as specified in the instruction manual voids the warranty. Please read the instruction manual carefully prior to using the machinery to ensure proper usage.

As a rule, all sales are final. However, some products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if the product has not been used, is in it's original factory packaging and the customer has called our sales department and been given a RMA#. Items may not be returned once used unless they are defective. A restocking fee of 30% to 50% may be charged depending on item returned. Hydraulic components or custom made parts non-refundable.
